3 Week Non-Diet Veganuary Challenge!

The new year is a common time to start making changes, and this often includes taking steps to improve one’s health and wellness, or to take steps to better align one’s actions with their values.

For a lot of folks, the January is a time to give a plant-based diet or veganism a try, and this is how “Veganuary” was born.

There is some of talk about veganism or plant-based diets being used as a method of diet control or for weight loss. Diet changes can be triggering for someone with a history of eating disorder, disordered eating, or have tried a lot of different weight loss diets in the past.

The non-diet veganuary tips in this challenge are presented in a non-judgemental, weight neutral way to ensure they will help you move toward a healthier relationship with food. This challenge also will help you to build sustainability in your lifestyle changes.

As a vegan dietitian that works under non-diet methods, I know how important it is work with your body rather than against it.

This FREE “Non-Diet Veganuary Challenge” will have lots of useful tips whether you are new to plant-based eating, you have been vegan/plant-based for a while, or you are just interested in learning more about plant-based eating.
