Nutrition Counselling

I work in many areas of nutrition and have a special place in my heart for vegan health. Supporting individuals to make healthy lifestyle changes that they enjoy is what I am passionate about.  

Some of the areas of nutrition that I work in include (but not limited to):

  • Vegan and plant based nutrition through the life stages

  • Pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes

  • High cholesterol and high triglycerides

  • Hypertension

  • Gestational diabetes

  • Emotional eating

  • Health coaching

  • Emotional eating and non-diet approach

  • Preventative nutrition

I am also a Certified Craving Change™ facilitator

I  meet with clients virtually via Skype, Facetime, phone, or a secure teleconference portal. 

Dietitian services are covered by many personal health insurance plans.
